Valve bags are used for the manual or automatic filling of heavy products. The bags are filled using a smart valve.

The valve bags that we make have the following features:- Made from (un)printed flat tube
- For automatic or manual filling
- The bag is self-closing, the valve is pushed closed when the bag is filled
- Closed on both sides
- UV-resistant
- Food safety production environment, production also possible according to BRC Packaging (AA status)
Versions of our valve bags
The valve bags that we make are available in the following versions:- Interior or exterior valve
- Perforation at the valve can be applied so that it is possible to fold the valve inwards
- For the printing, a maximum of 6 colours can be used, distributed over the front and back
- Side and bottom can also be printed
- Monolayer or multilayer/coex
- Thickness from 100 to 240 micron
- Smooth – rough
- Anti-slip for good stackability by means of MAS, embossing or coating
